Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order you can notify us by email to [email protected] before we have sent you the Confirmation E-mail (whether or not you have read it) or 3 hours before we dispatch. If you do cancel an order you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases. Where goods have already been dispatched you will not be able to return them or receive a refund. All sales are final once dispatched.
Desert Farms, Inc. can cancel an order prior to final approval. Our customer service department will notify you of any charges that are applied depending on which stage of the process your order is in. If an order is cancelled, you are responsible for charges or administrative fees. These fees will be subtracted to the amount you have paid. If you have not yet paid, these charges will still be your responsibility to pay for and will be charged to the credit card submitted on your order. Minimum cancellation fee is $50.00.
Samples
Desert Farms, Inc. will send out a reasonable amount of free samples to potential clients via ground shipping. Not all combinations are available on every sample. We will do our best to provide a sample of the product and stock so you can get a feel for what you are looking for. Samples will be of frozen camel milk that was previously milked. Additional charges apply for air shipment of samples

Recipe Contest Rules
Contests are open to all registered users of desertfarms.com who submit a recipe to the site. A valid entry must not violate any of the Terms of Use as specified in this document. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. Entries that do not follow the Terms of Use or have otherwise been submitted through illicit means may be disqualified and removed from the website.
Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Goods
Because camel milk is highly perishable and we milk on demand, the product has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns for any reason. In the case of packages lost or damaged in transit, the liability of the specific carrier and not Desert Farms Inc. It is important to inspect all materials when they arrive. Packages may be opened to inspect for damage, but PLEASE do not dispose of damaged product or packaging. A claim must be filed within 24 hours after receipt. Please contact us immediately if you have received damaged merchandise, so we can try and resolve the issue right away. Storage: All products that contain milk will only be warrantied if the product has been kept within a temperature between below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Desert Farms Inc. will not be held liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling of address or wrong order. By submitting/approving your proof to Desert Farms Inc., you agree to the following terms:
“I have verified the address and the product that I ordered. I understand that my order is final and that I will not be able to return my product after it has been approved and dispatched. I assume all responsibility for any typographical errors.”
